Throughout a four-course menu, guests will savor a responsible and delicate culinary experience featuring marinated mackerel, spelt risotto, Alpilles lamb, and regional strawberries.

This evening also honors the local producers and partners who support Le Roof in this eco-conscious journey, including the Boucherie Agricole in Cannes, Jean-Charles Orso in Mandelieu, Les Producteurs Réunis in Nice, and the À l’Olivier olive oil house.
A portion of the proceeds from this menu will be donated to La Tablée des Chefs, an association dedicated to food education and fighting food insecurity.
