A new lunch menu by Chef Lori Moreau at Le Roof Cannes
At Le Roof Cannes, Chef Lori Moreau unveils a new lunch menu that combines lightness, creativity, and elegance. With her unique sense of balance and bold pairings, she offers a seasonal cuisine where every dish tells a story.
Among the highlights are the Puy green lentil salad with dried fruits, roasted butternut squash, and feta, a dish that celebrates vegetables and contrasts, as well as the “Héritage” beef carpaccio, enhanced with a wasabi and sesame vinaigrette and thinly sliced daikon radish for a fresh, slightly spicy twist.
And to end the experience on a sweet note, it’s impossible to resist the signature Martinique rum soufflé, served with passion fruit sorbet. A dessert that blends intensity and freshness, perfectly reflecting the chef’s spirit: generous, refined, and touched with exotic flair.
With this new menu, Lori Moreau invites her guests to savor a Mediterranean-inspired interlude where authenticity meets modernity, in the unique setting of Le Roof.
